While the animation was ok... not being able to understand what the characters are saying makes it inaccessible.
I get what you mean when you imply that subtitles can be distracting. But here... it was necessary. Even great shows and movies made in Japan have subtitles and does very little to detract from the overall experience.
The animation was okay. But don't forget that sound can ruin even the best experiences.

If I might make a suggestion, make these shorter. Like a LOT shorter.
Good luck holding attention for 9 minutes with so little happening, you know?
I think you'd be better suited for short skits set here. Give it a try, see how things work out for ya!

I was kinda of like "meh, this is okay."
But then dear old dad did THAT to this kid.
Then I realized I liked it. Quirky animating for quirky humor. Not bad at all, make some more!
